Dave was a true good soul. I lived across from him for 6 years and we shared many inside jokes and conversations. It was a blessing to know Dave and I really missed him when we moved away, but we still kept in touch. I'm a lucky person to have known him and I will never forget my good friend and neighbor Dave over in "ol' Meadowbrook". I'm deeply sorry he suffered heartbreak and loneliness at the end of his life. I hope he's happy now, and free. My love always to Dave.

David was a great friend. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I used to live in the same area he did for a very short amount of time. (He was my across the road neighbor.) He was so funny, so warm. He really liked making my, then 2-year-old son, laugh.(He got to hold my daughter after she was born. That made me so happy.) He would always talk about how he had to get ready to go to work for Goodwill donation center when it was out at the old Traderhorn Lot. When I moved,...I only saw him very sparingly but, he was still as nice as he always had been, My son will be 21 soon and my daughter will be 18. I will NEVER forget David as long as I live. And every time I hear certain oldies songs and a few country songs,..I always think of him. He was a true light on the world and will be missed tremendously.
