Bon Voyage George. Please say hello to Bink and Addie and all our other family who came to assist with your transition to that realm with love and support. I am sorry we did not have the opportunity to create memories together as adults, but I have a number from our youth and those remain to connect us. The grief remains for those in the earthly realm as we miss the ability to use these senses to communicate with you. George always asked me how I was doing and how my baseball, football, or basketball season was going. He and his family, always looked out for my grandmother and mom. Memories come to mind of NC School events, graduations, co-Val speeches, Baby Showers, etc. when I got to see Amanda and her Mom Barb. Our hearts are heavy with yours at the news of Papa George’s passing. He will be deeply missed. He was the most hospitable man I ever knew. You barely set your foot in the door and you had a drink in your hand. Incidentally, a drink filled to the rim...and I mean that literally. Haha.
