Norma J. Dehner Obituary

Norma J. Dehner, 73, of Brookville, passed away at UPMC Passavant Hospital on Monday, July 17, 2023.


She was born on January 29, 1950 in Butler, PA to the late Clarence J. and Edith E. (Hildum) Aaron.


Norma married the love of her life, Kenneth E. Dehner, Sr., on November 30, 1968 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Crown, PA. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2004.


She was a homemaker for most of her life. Norma was a parishioner at St. Mary Catholic Church and was part of the Lady's Guild for a number of years. She enjoyed woodworking with her husband as hobby. Norma also liked to paint small figurines and make decorations.


Norma is survived by her children: Kenneth Dehner Jr. of Mebane, NC; Tammy Kukla and her husband Ed of Lucinda, PA; Matthew Dehner and his significant other Amy Beichner of Shippenville, PA; Lawrence Dehner and his wife Alice of Hattiesburg, MS, and James Dehner and his wife Jessica of Brookville, PA; grandchildren: Samantha Kukla, Brooke Kukla, Dakota Chapman, McKayla Dehner, Dakota Dehner, Shelby Dehner, Ally Dehner, and Lawrence Dehner Jr., and Jaxson Dehner; and numerous nieces and nephews.


In addition to her parents and husband, Norma was preceded in death by her sister Donna Hall and a brother David Aaron.


As per Norma's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral, burial will take place at the convenience of that family at St. Mary Catholic Church in Crown, PA.


Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Clarion Forest Visiting Nurses or Clarion Forest VNA Hospice 271 Perkins Road, Clarion, PA 16214.


Arrangements were entrusted to the Borland-Ensminger Funeral Home, Inc. in Leeper, PA.
