Obituary of Linda J. Sedwick

Linda J. (Nina) Sedwick, 66, of Tionesta, died Tuesday morning, July 30, 2013 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca. Born March 30, 1947 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Skrypzchak and the former Irene A. Podsiadly, with whom she made her home. She attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She was a published artist and worked for the Pittsburgh Press in advertising for many years. She was a Past President of the Pittsburgh Press Union. Linda loved animals, and especially her Old English sheep dogs, Bucky and Farley. In addition to her mother, Linda is survived by a brother, John Sedwick and his wife, Lisa of Walla Walla, Washington. She is also survived by a niece and nephew, Alleah and Bridger Sedwick, both of Washington State. All funeral services are private. The family suggests memorials may be made to the Humane Society of your own choice. The Borland Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
