Eugene "Bill" William Near, 61, of Tionesta, PA passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
Bill was born in Clarion on June 5, 1964, to the late Kenneth Eugene and June Marie (Hartzell) Near.
He had attended North Clarion High School.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Kenneth Near, who passed away just 4 days earlier on January 6, 2026.
There will be no services. Borland-Ensminger Funeral Home, Inc. in Leeper was entrusted with arrangements.
