Obituary of Kathleen LaCaze

Kathleen Faye LaCaze, 70, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, at St Vincent Hospital in Erie. She was born in Titusville, PA on September 16, 1954, to the late Maurice and Erma (Cheney) Bean. Kathleen married Charlie Joseph LaCaze on July 13, 1970. Charlie preceded her in death on July 27, 2009. Kathleen supported Charlie during his 21-year U.S. Army career, retiring at Ft. Leonardwood, MO. She was employed on Ft. Leonardwood from 1985 to 2009. Kathleen is survived by two daughters: Stacy Lynn LaCaze of Warren, PA and Kathy Jo Parrish and her husband Gary of Plato, MO; four grandsons: Charles Allen Heath Jr. of Warren, PA, Alexander Logan Heath of Warren, PA, Gary Joseph Parrish and his wife Brittany of Crocker, MO and Rylan James Parrish and his wife Kaliegh of Troy, MO; four great grandsons: Kaiden, Kylan and Mason Parrish and Charlee Parrish; sister Linda Wingard of Warren, PA, brothers: Randy Bean of Titusville, PA and Dennis Bean of Pleasantville, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Kathleen was preceded in death by her aunt Dorotha B. Nellis. As per Kathleen's wishes, a private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Vowinckel, PA, with Pastor James A. Swanson II, as officiant. She would like memorial contributions made in her honor to be given to a local senior center and/or food pantry.
